Turned around the stagnant Institutional Sales operation that had no revenue growth for the previous 3 years. Achieved this by recruiting/training an energized 21-member sales-force at 3 locations, establishing a comprehensive credit/pricing structure, and influencer relationship framework – obtained these results: - Exceeded annual targets by 195% over 1998-99 with an 8% market share gain - Contributed more than 60% of sales for institutional segment of the entire company
