Subject matter expert in critical accounts receivable, risk factoring and trade payable leasing processes. I enabled GE’s strategic vision and goals for its data solutions. I owned product backlogs and prioritized deliverables using agile and waterfall methodologies and negotiated competing demands and agendas. I supported L1 and 2 RTS Teams to validate bug and defect fixes, testing and supporting deployment activities according to service level agreements across multiple locales and time zones.

My team were responsible for the development lifecycle of the SAP BI landscape and L1, 2 and 3 support for 900 EMEA and APAC data users. We worked across SAP functions enabling OLTP data source changes in Dwh. By driving change and working across functions I defined an active archiving policy which enabled substantial space savings and the root cause and fix of performance issues.

I worked collaboratively with internal and external vendor teams to support a technical upgrade to the SAP BI Netweaver V7.14 landscape. As an L3 subject matter expert I created and edited data model structures, supported daily loads and known production bugs

Preparation of management accounts including profitability studies, budget monitoring and work in progress reports using SQL queries, Business Objects and MS Excel. I was responsible for migrating master data information, facilitated user acceptance tests and user training prior to go-live of FS90 implementation
