Responsible for winning incremental Server revenue across EMEA - Works closely with peers within the business unit to deploy the sales strategy to find new growth opportunities. - Works closely with the local RCO teams to close EPSD revenue opportunities and to identify new business. - Communicates customer feedback and field intelligence to obtain required support and coordination by influencing key stakeholders. - Attends/ presents at events and trainings - Directly influence key decision makers

As Lab Manager, I build and established the Lab from a local unit to a worldwide operating service organization. This included establishing the strategy and driving the goals and deliverables of the lab as well as managing the staff and ensuing that the day to day operations continue uninterrupted. The Visual Computing SW Lab has three main goals: to provide Application testing / performance validation, to create enabled applications associated marketing collateral, support EMEA Consumer events

In order to expanded my intercultural competence, career development and skill set I undertook a US based rotation into the marketing organization to define and establish a clear process for a new marketing program for the gaming market. This also included working across multiple Intel groups to define the benefits program for ISVs and Intel and create collateral for communication.

The Consumer Software Enablling team is part of Intel's Software and Solutions Group and is a highly dispersed across EMEA.Helenas responsibilities were to support Software Developers to take advantage of latest processor features (multi-threading etc), benchmarking, low level software performance analysis and optimization. Helena also acted as trainer for multi-core software architecture and Intel software tools, with deep focus on technical validation of the new to market platforms and Hardware.
