Reporting directly to Financial Director and leading a team of 3 FTE, I was responsible for the management and development of the accounting team and all accounting matters in accordance with local legislation. Main achievements: Redesign the local chart of accounts, implementation of new functionalities in ERP PRIMAVERA like a cost center hierarchy, Cost center accounting, allocation costs, SLIM tool (massive postings),SEPA payments proposal and provisional treasury.

Reporting directly to the CFO and leading a team of 3(+2) FTE, I was responsible for: Management and development the Accounting team; Coordination and Management of the Accounting team in order to prepare the annual accounts for individual companies of the group as well the consolidate accounts and ensuring that all financial matters are in accordance with legislation and accounting ethics; Coordination of External Audits; SAP R/3 Super User for FI module.

Reporting directly to the Financial Director and leading a team of 4 FTE during 12 years, I was responsible for: Coordination and Management of the Accounting and Controlling team which is responsible for Statutory ,Group Accounts, IFRS, tax requirements, Payroll, Local and Group Reporting, Budgeting as well annual accounts; Coordination with the "Shared Services Center" in Budapest of all processes and accounting procedures and reporting; SAP R/3 Super User for FI/CO modules
