It is fun to meet challenges in the dynamism of the retail industry! As a Store Manager I’m responsible for achieving business targets and sales key figures through productivity programs and employee management. For that, I delegate a team of 8 to adapt to daily and monthly business targets and to ensure a high quality and unique store experience for every customer. To meet the customer's demand I optimize the product assortment and maintain contact with business partners to exchange informations and ideas.

It is fun to meet challenges in the dynamism of the retail industry! As an Assistant Store Manager I'm responsible for supporting the Store Manager in all of his tasks. These include delegating a team of 7 to adapt to daily and monthly business targets and to ensure a high quality and unique store experience for national and international customers. Finding solutions to optimize operational processes and to ensure the team to put it into practice are also one of my supporting tasks.

As an Sales Assistant I'm an expert in advising and supporting national and international customers in German, Englisch, Vietnamese and Chinese. Together with the team, we have to adapt to the daily and monthly business needs and targets and to ensure a high quality and unique store experience for every national and international customer. Complaints and returns management also belongs to our tasks.

During the internship I got the opportunity to especially to get to know a lot about the link between the IT department and the human resources department. I'm in charge of supporting in: - Setting up Data Base and giving Data Authorization for Workforce Reporting System - Data Testing and Data Plausibility as Project - Organizing and Schedule Planning for Workshops - Translations of Work Documents for Software Workshops - Creating a digital Q&A Area for the Workforce Planning and Reporting Community

As a Sales Assistant I'm responsible for active sales of our textile products and for the management of complaints and returns.
