Preparing highlevel network designs, develop deployment plans and provide technical services to address specific customer requirements. Delivering training and technical support during critical phases of their product implementation, and resolve customer problems. Primary technical link to our partners and customers.

I was solely responsible for Middle East and Africa and then Eastern Mediterranean regions having achieved and sometimes overachieved our targets for all the 12 quarters I was there. I was involved in the Technical Consultancy of implementing Websense solutions in all sorts of environments. Performing Pre-Sales & Business Development activities including running seminars, presentations, and training to existing and potential customers helping them with the design and implementation of Websense solutions.

Providing Leadership, Auditing, & Guidance to the Walk-In Learning Concept. Developing a 100% tailored Internet Technology-Firewalls & Proxies course for Reuters and delivering it in Geneva & London numerous times .Providing Consultancy on Microsoft Platforms & Servers including SMS 2003, MOM 2000, Windows 2003/Active Directory

Providing 2nd Level Support and Consultancy to System Integration, Professional Services, and Business Development Business Units. Leading the Change Management team in their efforts to transition the company to a CMM Level 2 Organization as well as eading the Career Development Plans for all Technical Staff. Providing customized MOC& MSF Training Consultancy courses to selected Corporate and Enterprise clients.

Participating in the Technical Development of the SC (Solution Centre) skill sets. Owning the GVC (Global Virtual Community) and the SLM (Service Line Management) initiatives at the SC. Providing Consultancy and Training for all existing & new projects

Implementing and deploying a technical management strategy for the Technical Department, including implementing a database for the existing support clients’ information and calls, and developing Support Services Agreements with new clients. Clients included ABB, Schlumberger, Interval International, Novartis Pharma, USAID, & UNICEF. Implementing and deploying customer solutions that utilize Cisco PIX, Watchguard Firebox II & Network Associates Gauntlet firewalls, Castelle FaxPress, ISS RealSecure.
