Currently leading a team for preparation of proposals in India and SAARC Countries. I'm also responsible for thorough scanning of RFP and RFQs and take up the gaps and suggestions with the Client during pre-proposal meetings. Also responsible for Client Relationship Management, Budgeting Forecasting and Planning.

Responsible for Contracts & Risk Management and Business Development activities of the company in India and South - East Asia. As sole commercial person, I was responsible for handling all the business development activities for the Indian subsidiary. Managing new clients and existing clients for getting business for the company into the geographical area.

• Strategic Consulting including business plan, • Manage profitable strategic partnerships and alliances, • Support the procurement channels in the roll-out of new business opportunities with new and existing strategic customers, • Proposal negotiations with the client,

Client side on behalf of Transport Department, Govt. of NCT of Delhi. Responsibilities included: Execution of construction works, Evaluation of Proposals, Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Planning, Participation in project core meetings bringing in the team needed for procurement support and commitment in all project's phases.
