-Responsibility for the processing of corporate actions on schedule (Dividends, Interests, Redemption, etc.) -Clarification of the cases by phone or in written at custodian -Handling the special cases -Investigating and resolving of differences on schedule -Risk monitoring (e.g. Forex risks) as well as processing control tasks

-Daily pricing for the securities of the funds. -Comparing the securities prices from the different providers in the market by using Bloomberg. -Daily pricing for the derivatives products -Entering and injecting the prices in the funds system for the NAV prices. -Maintaining the money market rates, the spot and forward rates and the stock exchange indices for the funds benchmarks. -Maintaining the rate fixing of the IRS and the new IRS.

-Processing the FX/MM/Fid orders, call Money Market trades and option trades into the settlement system. -Fixing the interest rates of the IRS. -Processing the loan orders into system. -Maintaining the maturity of the forwards, MM and Fiduciary trades. -Updating the currency exchange rates, banknotes and precious metals exchange rates daily in the system. -Settling the banks’ payments -Handling the investigations with internal and external customer.

In charge of 1st level support for the Swiss Treasury Products Operations settlement applications for exotic and structured options and the precious metals management system. Responsible for the user authorizations for the Swiss Operations settlement applications. -Escalation manager for the production’s problems. -On-Call duty after the close of business and ensure the end of day process without any problem.

-Supporting the dealers, the traders and the market makers for FX Options and Precious Metal Options. -Processing, exercising and booking of the options and exotic options expiration. -Handling the investigations, creating the reports and solving the problem by contacting brokers, dealers and traders. -Squaring the monthly position of the global precious metal’s book. -Preparing IMM FX and Precious metal options for the expiry.

-Input the orders into the central option-book. -Control and square the input orders. -Coordinate the currency options which related to the precious metals area. -Settling the administrative assignments.

-Handling the settlements and investigations of FX Options and solving the outstanding position in the options book. -Preparing the monthly reports for FX Options. -Handling the administrative assignments. -Contacting the 3rd counterparty for options confirming and solving the discrepancies of the option trades. -Maintaining the evaluation of the internal option price.
