The company expanded rapidly in 2007 and 2008 acquiring new refineries. • Played a major role in stabilising the business after the merger of 7 oil refining companies. Leading a team of circa 60 that reduced costs, documented and improved business processes • Several logistics and compliance projects including Reach and Segregation of duties • In 2012, used internal resources to transfer the Swiss refinery to new owner.

Consultant, managing business change and project teams of up to 100 people. These projects were mainly for medium to large international companies such as Johnson & Johnson; Linpac; Vopak; Gulf News; Johnson Matthey; WH Smith; Prudential Bank and Benckiser. • Implemented European Logistics centre for Johnson & Johnson • Head of department (25 FOE) for a large Dubai Publishing company • Coached and mentored many project teams

• Led a team to build the first banking network in Hungary, with 80 branch offices, including satellite links to remote areas • Led a team that built a disaster recovery centre • Presented a system for chemical disarmament to the United Nations Organisation for Prevention of Chemical Weapons as well as to several European government and military bodies • Led a team that designed and built an AMEX clearing system • Led a team that built a telephone banking system
