I joined billwerk’s R&D department when the company was a small startup and contributed to team’s creation and its success. Together we grew to the big international Subscription Management Provider with development centers in Germany, Denmark, France, and Poland. I took active part in leading the team, establishing the software development process, and designing the product itself. I supported the team in roadmap discussions, planning of iterations, facilitation of all kinds of scrum and kanban meetings.

I was involved in different types of software development projects. I took part in: - creation, management, and mentoring development team - business analysis, requirements management and user documentation creation - design of the core architecture and implementation of the system - integration and load testing - setting up environment for continuous integration and overall development process - mentoring and supporting apprentices

As a creator of a software development business unit in the company I was involved in a lot of activities and processes. Here were my main responsibilities: -team management -being fully responsible for the software development in the company -building and mentoring a team of well-qualified professionals -adopting and adapting software development methodologies and practices -working with international R&D teams from Germany, Sweden, Finland, and China

I was employed as a product manager on a project of localization and adaptation of the retail package TP.NET produced by Wincor-Nixdorf Company. Since then, I have been involved in creating the TP.NET Competence Center in the company. Here are my main responsibilities: -managing the project and creating the Competence Center -communicating with the system's core development team from Germany -adapting the product to be consistent with local laws -preparing and giving presentations to potential customers

I was employed by the subsidiary company of The EXCIS Group USA to take part in a project of creating a web-based ERP system for the NY HTC trade union. Here were my main responsibilities: -negotiating with remote team of business analysts located on site in the USA -collecting and analyzing requirements on core business units -taking part in creation of IDEF diagrams -creating use-cases, functional descriptions, CRUD matrices -preparing high-level prototypes for further implementation

Served as a member of a design team on a project of developing the Property Management System for the Netherlands client. Here were my main responsibilities: -designing architecture of rich client application built on existed on-line-booking system. -creating user interfaces of main business units -implementing main modules including the hotel parameters setup
