I am part of the team which manages the e-commerce company's internal Customer Management System which is used by Customer Agents for customer complaints and resolution. Actively contributes to the design and implementation of solutions to manage increased load and other optimizations as the organization grows using technologies like Java, Spring Boot, Kafka and AWS services like ECS, API Gateway, S3, SNS, EC2, etc using distributed event-driven Pub-Sub model.

Worked in Amdocs Order management System(OMS) for multiple clients like Charter, Rogers, etc. Actively contributed in implementing solutions which impact millions of people to achieve required results using Java and various internal tools.
