Pepper Global is an integrated marketing and communications agency where I manage the development of marketing strategies and creative campaigns that weave together multiple marketing disciplines.Working for different clients - NetApp (network&cloud solutions) and Symantec (security software) - with a global/corporate, EMEA or local focus. As I understand each medium's limitation, including the audience's ability to absorb messaging from that medium, I achieved strategic results for my clients.

At Cisco Systems I was responsible for channel marketing with tier one resellers in the Netherlands (up to 25 resellers). Executed corporate marketing communications campaigns to and through Cisco resellers for end-customers. Furthermore, I developed a training education platform for the channel and organised workshops with IT and sales related topics for resellers (i.e. 10 to 100 participants).

At Bex* I used to work in the IT industry-focused consultancy team. With a strong affinity for IT, I developed a thorough and complete knowledge of the industry. Trends, issues and what's on the horizon: I translated that knowledge into considered and practical marketing communications advice and solutions. Besides consulting I gave workshops in presentation skills and media relations. Furthermore, I gained experience working as contractor for international enterprises.

At the non-governmental organisation SIS (twin-city) I reviewed community based projects in Juigalpa, Nicaragua. Furthermore, I directed awareness campaigns with Nicaragua related topics and lobbied at the government in the Netherlands for funding. Generated sales and fundraising for the Nicaraguan projects, increased membership for the NGO and build the volunteer database.
