Write Statements of Work (SoW) and detailed Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).

As an IT specialist played a Product Owner role on an ERP implementation project project: gathered requirements, prepared Business Requirements Documents (BRD) for a software vendor, conducted acceptance testing, and supported end-users.
