My position involved developing, monitoring, reinforcing & advising on improvement of internal process on finance, accounting and administration.

My work involved offering support in budgeting, reporting and training non finance staff on accounting and donor reporting policy. I also supported the procurement and recruitment processes.

My role included working within HR to support follow-up of pre-employment requirements from incoming employees, maintaining personnel files, local payroll management, leave data base management, travel arrangements for staff and orientation of new staff

My role included managing the finance, accounting, HR, administration, procurement and office operations of field offices.

My role included processing supplier payments, claims from field based staff, disbursing petty cash with prior approval from the finance manager, bank reconciliation & assisting in payroll preparation, invoice analysis prior to posting into the accounting software, ordering storing & issuing stock items as per policy & assisting external auditors during statutory audits.
