Capgemini Invent is Capgemini's global business unit for digital innovation, consulting and transformation. Capgemini Invent combines strategy, technology, data science and creative design to solve the most complex business and technology challenges. My consulting focus has been on Strategy I Change Management | Project Management | Human Resource Management with a focus on Assessments and leveraging digital technologies (e.g. AR/VR) for Training & Development.

At KPMG AG I had the opportunity to conduct an empirical study within the company around the testing of a virtual reality applications as a new way of communication in business contexts.

In this internship I support the preparation and implementation of the startup and founder conference "Bits & Pretzels" in the areas of sponsorship, speaker management and marketing.

At KPMG AG I had the opportunity to further develop the diversity management area including the project management and implementation of initiatives.

During my studies I had the opportunity to support the Executive Search Healthcare Services sector of Rochus Mummert.

During my Bachelor's degree in Psychology, l completed various modules that covered human resource psychology (e.g. training and development, personell assessment), business administration and intercultural management. My studies conducted fields of social and educational psychology, as well as statistics, empirical and scientific work. Overall my studies have improved my skills in effective communication, problem analysis and solution development.
