- Creation and update of HW Requirements Specification, HW-SW Interface (DOORS). - Creation and update of the System-Architecture with PTC Windchill Modeler. - Documentation of SW-HW functions in PTC Windchill Modeler: Requirements, Sequence-Diagrams, elicitation of requirements with SW development. - Worst-Case Analysis of electronic modules. - Breakdown and sorting out System Requirements into HW requirements.

Design of HMI (Human-Machine Interface) products for the Automotive industry - Analysis of customer requirements and translating it into innovative Hardware solutions. - Writing HRS, HSI, Hardware Test Plan, EMC Test Plan. - Schematic entry, update, maintenance of Bill of Materials. - Running electronics simulations for feasibility check, review of WCCA. - Guidance of PCB layout - Design for Testing and Test Coverage analysis. - Hardware bring-up, SW integration, thermal tests.

Redesign of existing Swiched-Mode Power Supplies for industrial applications - Migration of schematics from EAGLE to Altium-Designer. - Design and testing of improvement: temperature compensation, smaller output connector etc. - Improving test methods and processes. - Creating WCCA for the HW blocks. - Training of Junior Engineers.

Analysis and review of Customer Specification, Hardware Requirements, System Architecture, Test Plans (EMC, ELE, HW) etc. in order to detect problems and Weaknesses in the products. - Work with DOORS to review and follow-up on the Hardware requirements. - WCCA review and approval - Writing Design Review Reports: listing problems and suggesting suitable solutions - Contact person to project teams for supporting problems related to - Participation in meetings with customers and suppliers

Hardware design of Automotive Infotainment systems: - Circuit design (Analogue / Digital), guidance of PCB layout - Design and implementation of countermeasures for ESD / EMC optimization. - Writing EMC and validation test plans, supporting the EMC tests in external laboratory. - Hardware Bring-up and execution of HW / SW Integration tests. - Finding second source components to support design-to-cost and availability.
