Medical Device Development

Designing of Analog, Digital and Mixed signal circuits for medical Device Development with respect to IEC-60601 Medical design standards, IEC-62304 SDLC life cycle process, ISO 14971-Risk management system, ISO 9000 Quality Management System and UL/cUL standards. Performing feasibility, Characterization and Design verification testing, Which includes , ESD testing, ALT, PTC, Sound pressure level testing, ROHS, REACH, California PROP 65 compliance as per medical standards.

Designing of digital, analog and mixed signal circuit and the preparation of schematics, selection of components and preparing BOM and other project related technical are management documents, prototyping, board bring up, debugging, timing analysis, power budgeting, Noise margin analysis, PCB Layout, Testing protocols for feasibility, characterization and Design Verification phases, EMI/EMC testing, ESD testing, environmental testing etc.
