Served as Senior Mechanical Engineer for reinforcing the Maintenance Team during the start of the maintenance activities for Tempa Rossa O&G Plant. Participated on the preparation of the maintenance planning. Created tailored maintenance procedures and created/scheduled the lubrication activities for the rotating equipment as per the CMIMS. Updated and reported on the CMIMS on job completion. Acted as Maintenance Supervisor and followed the day to day activities when the site conditions demanded.

Provided technical support to the site Mechanical Maintenance team for rotating and static mechanical equipment by acting as focal point for mechanical engineering matters. Coordinated the troubleshooting of recurring or non-routine problems, conducted root cause analysis and ensure communication with other departments. Assessed stock quantities to ensure that all spare parts are available for routine, corrective and shutdown maintenance. Analysed usage and consumption to minimize the stock value.

Served and lead the MECA trade preparation team responsible for two FPSO’s. Prepared the flying team’s interventions by reviewing the CMIMS highlights and cumulating PM tasks and opportunity jobs for simultaneous execution. Prepared spare parts and specific tools lists and mobilized, materials and equipment, to enable fulfilling the scheduled activities

Served and lead the MECA trade engineering department for DB17. Performed in-depth equipment studies on functionality to develop the methodology and best practices for maintenance and troubleshooting. Reviewed current standards against latest international standards, and tailored the maintenance plans based on site situation. Utilized SAP/R3 to streamline processes in collaboration with other team leaders and verified workability after CMIMS implementation.

Defined maintenance protocols for company Rotating Equipment to ensure work activities were following refinery policy, procedures and best practices, and conducted within budgets. Conducted regular quality and safety check audits, corrected and retrained staff as necessary, and increased the company focus on safety through creative incentives and education.

Supervised Preventive Inspection and Maintenance scheduling, parts recommendations, followed the Permit to Work and HSE regulatory procedures application. Amended the maintenance procedures to enhance the results of maintenance activities. Tracked daily maintenance activities for quality, safety, and adherence to company protocols, utilized SAP/R3 for accomplishment of Equipment Reliability Plans and SAP reporting.

Conduct reinstatement operation for final acceptance according to documentation. Organised and supervised the painting on piping networks and structures
