Overall leadership responsibility for 26 HR staff. Responsible for HR strategy and all related HR processes and initiatives with focus on Talent Management and Succession Planning. Implementation of a Global Trainee Program.

Straumann, stock listed at the SIX, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, a market leader in the Dental Implant industry. Act as strategic business partner for the Region (22 sites; 1200 employees; 16 direct/functional staff). Close collaboration with Regional Management. Overall leadership and responsible for the definition and execution of the regional HR strategy and all related HR processes and initiatives with a main focus on restructuring projects, headcount and personnel cost planning.

Leading the HR function in APAC with a team of 5 HR staff across 6 countries. Directing and coordinating all HR activities in the region for 250 employees. Develop HR policies and procedures incl. headcount and personnel cost planning. Focus on post acquisition related integration (Japan, Korea sites). Building up new regional Head Office in Singapore, build up new sales Organization in China from scratch. Development of HR Metrics.

Direct and coordinate all human resources activities for the Products and Marketing Division. Establish credibility with executive team members and partner with them to define and shape the talent needs of a high and fast growth business. Responsible for all HR procedures for the Division (Search & Selection, Performance Management, Salary & Bonus Review, Personnel Cost Planning).
