The specific duties vary from project management, litigation support, failure investigations and analysis, inspection and applicator training, in process coatings inspections, condition assessment, and business development.

Audit, Review, Develop & Approval of contractor’s design, material selection, drawings, construction, purchasing, installation & commissioning documents/procedures, QA/QC Plans, ITPs, Invoices & etc. Monitor project time schedules and capital cost budget on project to satisfy the client as well as construction control. Ensure all work (engineering, procurement & construction) meets the contract specifications and standard of excellence. Prepare effective work plans and man-hour budgets as per client request

Technical inspection of all manufacturing steps (A-Z) of 200 different Industrial Pumps of South Pars Project, Phase 20 & 21 as per API 610 standard & client ITP includes: Single-Stage Overhung (OH), Between-Bearings (BB2, BB3), Vertically Suspended Pumps (VS1) pump types in Iran Industrial Pump (IIP) factory.

Technical inspection of all (A-Z) fabrication stages of Rotary Kiln& Dryer Kiln from raw material up to marking & packing in CITIC Heavy Industries in China,Luoyang. Technical inspection of all (A-Z) fabrication stages of Stacker & Recliamer from raw material up to marking & packing in Northern Heavy Industries in China, Shenyang, www.nhi-group.com. Review & verify fabrication and inspection records and final documentation for all above mentioned equipment that was fabricated in different contract’s shop.

Prepare tender documents, audit of all subcontractors capabilities & technical/commercial offers, select winner, Managing fabrication & inspection activities of 5000 tons Steel structure, More than 400 of different type (Centrifugal, Dosing, Submersible, Screw& Mono) pumps , 20 Cartridge filters,150 Pressure vessels with lining,20 Storage tanks, Pipe spools, Heat exchangers, Skid mounted packages and other Fajr I & II Petrochemical, Iran LNG, Persian Gulf Star Refinery & South pars phases: 9&10,12,19,20&21

Preparation, review and approval of tests and QA/QC documents/ procedures : QA/QC Plans, ITP, WPS, PQR, WQT, Weld Map NDT Map ,Performance test, Coating & Lining, Hydro test, HSE, Material Traceability, Packing, Marking & Shipping, NDT, etc. Establish the project quality management system including project quality management strategy, plan and procedures for about 20 different industrial & urban projects. Develop organization department’s procedures with ISO 9001-2000 Inspection of all construction stages.

Inspection & supervision of all fabrication steps of hydro electrical power plant's component (12* 250 MW units) including: Francis turbine parts: Runner, shaft, distributor, wicket gates, heavy butterfly valves, draft tube, head cover, sealing ring & etc. Generator Parts;:Stator Frame, Rotor Spider Arm, Main shaft, Rotor Hub, Lower & upper bracket arms & etc Hydromechanical gates. Overhead Cranes (70 up320 Tons) Pipe & fitting, Gate-Check-Globe-Butterfly valves, Pipe & Fittings, Bolt & Nuts (1/2 up 56 in)
