In my role at Cadden Crowe I had been employed as a technical consultant, specialising within the Energy sector. Positions that I personally dealt with included; Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Project Engineers, Project Managers and Project Directors through to the more strategic management positions within key organisations. This coverage extended throughout Australia and the local region, from regional locations such as the Snowy Mountains, Newcastle and the North Coast.

Senior Consultant. Started at Anders Elite with Building Services (M&E Design) then developed the Power & Water (M&E) desk. Following on from this tasked with building the Mining (EPCM) desk for Western Australia. Responsibilities; Business/ Desk Development, Mentoring and Training. Left Anders Elite in late 2007.
