Responsible for managing all aspects of supply chain/procurement through material need, supplier identification, seeking quotes, evaluating, issuing POs, monitoring delivery, and managing shipments with freight/shipping agents. Coordinated with transportation companies for delivery of materials to respective warehouses, returned goods/reverse logistics, verified and processed supplier invoices with accounts for payments, inventory control/management.

Custom clearance and inland transportation HR Coil Grade X–65 (100,000 tons of various wall thicknesses), bare pipes and coating material. Managed pipe fabrication/ coating with steel mills. Identified procurement packages and sourcing of material through pre–qualification, evaluation leading to the award. Facilitated Project Controls in developing cost and schedule including reporting of weekly productivity and performances.

Project appraisal (IPPs, captive, and fuel pipelines). Managed procurement in line with the lenders’ guidelines. Procured long lead items and services through prequalification, bid invitation, evaluation, leading to the award. Identified risks in security documents (IA, PPA, Fuel Supply, and O&M), suggested mitigation measures. Negotiated tariff mechanism with power companies based on anticipated earnings/cash flows.

Worked through all project phases from feasibility, environmental assessment, preliminary, detail design, construction and operation. Analyzed capacity and performed level of service improvement on major urban arterials. Designed parking facilities, improved road geometrics, re-designed signal cycle timings, financial and economic analysis (cost–benefit, IRR), traffic growth, hydrological data, utilities relocation cost and time frame.
