Designed, developed, and managed new technologies, concepts, and processes for the Fluid Carrying Systems (FCS) Division. Conducted Finite Element Analysis (FEA) studies on various FCS projects to reduce development, prototype, and testing costs. Created new concepts/designs for the FCS product line and external customers. Applied for 1 US patent for a new design/concept for the automotive air conditioning system. Wrote technical reports for FEA studies, development projects, and testing.
Designed, managed, and implemented HVAC products for multiple automotive programs. Effectively managed the engineering responsibilities for 5 vehicle programs. Wrotes test plans, DVP&R's, and DFMEA's for various assembies involved in the vehicle programs. Organized and led cost reduction meetings on targeted programs at the TI Automotive manufacturing facilities that resulted in significant savings.
Supported the engineering functions on various programs for internal customer groups.
