Assist Gas Business worldwide with the closing procedure by providing solutions to issues and clearing consolidation fails. - Provide technical accounting guidance to Business Finance leaders worldwide. - Manage non-standard accounting transactions including merges, acquisitions and dispositions, restructuring. - Drive Business account Reconciliation and contribution to process improvement and digitalization. - Partner with IT to support SAP design and implementation for operational business transactions

Ensure that processes are implemented in compliance with local regulations, Corporate Guidelines, Business directives and instructions. Audit missions in offshore units, factories and onshore construction sites. Ensure that risks are identified, mitigated and monitored. Initiate and manage the review of processes to ensure they meet the requirements of adequate Internal Controls and Segregation of Duties. Follow up reviews undertaken by Internal Audit.

Coordinate the monthly unit closing and reporting cycle Responsible for monthly analysis and control of unit results with comments, including details by project and deviation to budget and forecast financial KPIs Manage risk provisions ensuring full documentation and compliance with Business and Corporate guidelines. Prepare and coordinate annually the three-year plan, cost centre budget and recovery rates. Review cost centre and overhead reports by function and nature of cost and ensure correct allocation.

Responsible for budget and forecast preparation, and analysis of discrepancies. - Prepare and report monthly on P&L, BS and FCF. - Account receivable management. - Coordination of activities with internal and external auditors. - Costing calculation analysis. - Project development for new business.

Manage all financial issues with local authorities (i.e Central Bank, Tax government department) and banks Responsible for preparation of Financial Statements in US GAAP and BR GAAP Responsible for budget (TYP) and forecast and analysis of discrepancies Prepare and report monthly on P&L, BS and FCF Compliance with all country tax regulations Internal controls, SOX compliance and dealing with External Audit Costing calculation analysis and reporting Manage the development and implementation of ERP
