I joined the founders of Crowdhouse AG to spin off our real estate software group to create a new Real Estate Technology startup. I led the UX Design team of 15 designers, researchers, and writers, including people managers. - Shaped brand identity, co-developing guidance and goals for international go-to-market strategy. - Coached cross-functional teams through evolving team and process improvements, partnered with Product and Engineering management.

I joined the co-founders of Crowdhouse AG in creating a new startup, creating an innovative new platform for high-net-worth individual car collecting and investing. - Co-developed business and product vision, branding, user experience, and transaction/subscriptions model for HNWI customers. - Recruited and managed a cross-functional team of 5 developers and designers. - Initiated and led market and user research program generating essential customer and business insights.

Member of the core management team at Crowdhouse AG, establishing organizational design strategy, recruited and led Product Design and UX team, co-directed product org operations, tactics, and strategy. - Led and managed product design, writing, and research for a 14 person cross-disciplinary UX team. - Launched Qual/Quant UX research program informing and validating product, business, and design direction. - Established and scaled robust Design System and UI framework for web and mobile app experiences.

I led a 4 person distributed, agile product design team creating a new and innovative SME/KMU financing/investing platform. - Evolved and scaled the design team process and contribution model, improving developer collaboration and quality of the responsive web and mobile platform. - Drove user research, leveraging insights to shape strategy and development. - Developed design system with UI framework, enhancing consistency and efficiency.

As the Director of User Experience and Design at Zattoo TV, I built and led an international product and marketing design team in a distributed, agile environment. Recruited and led UX team of 6 designers and researchers. - Helped double monthly active users to 2M, making Zattoo Europe’s #1 Internet TV service. - Expanded platform support from 3 to 16 devices across web, mobile, and Smart TV. - Developed cross-platform design systems and UI frameworks to streamline product organization.

As a UI/UX design lead at UBS Investment Bank, I led two designers, and integrated agile and UX methodologies for the development and design process of FXMM consolidated web and mobile products. - Led UI/UX design for UBS Investment Bank’s FXMM web and mobile products. - Sole designer for UBS FX Trader+ (2008–2010). - Designed FX Investment components for UBS Neo, managing 2 designers (2010–2012).

As a member of the Netflix Web Design team and product group, I collaborated with Product Managers to conceive, explore, validate, and release innovative features, including the first version of the Netflix video streaming platform in 2007. - Member of Netflix’s Web Design team, helping grow subscribers from 4M to 9M (2005–2008). - Focused on onboarding, recommendations, personalization, and content discovery, contributing to revenue growth. - Co-designed Netflix’s first video-streaming platform in 2007.
