Responsible for planning and executing assigned BIM projects profitably by meeting the allocated time, resources, and budget objectives and ensures BIM standards comply with the contract terms. Implement BIM technologies on large-scale construction projects to include 4D (scheduling & Manpower) and 5D(cost analysis) using BIM models. Identify and implement best practices and standards to optimize BIM project delivery.

Responsible for streamlining the implementation of BIM best practices for all projects as well as collaborating with design professionals during the process of model creation. Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to BIM standards and procedures of all construction documentation produced. Represents one or more disciplines (Arch/ Struc/MEP) and is responsible to coordinate the RFI (Request for Information) process. Performed estimated matrix plan for Architectural and Structural Modeling.

In charge of managing the daily task within the BIM department. Monitoring the progress of each project to ensure that the team achieves the targets set by the management. Performing clash detection and integration of construction sequence schedule into the 3D model to develop a 4D model using Autodesk Naviswork.
