• Review monthly bank reconciliations and monthly reports • Review payroll and expense report before processing reconciling, analyzing, and reporting. and reporting • Monitor and analyze budgeted versus actual expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities • carry out monthly reporting and forecasting tasks as well as the annual budgeting process • Internal controls : Ensure financial integrity through internal and external audits.

• Oversee and validate new vendor creation requests in the system from Operations, HR, Grants, and Technical Support teams • Review vendor and subcontractor invoices cross-referencing with established standards and regulations to ensure complete supporting documentation. • Generate monthly bank reconciliation reports for both TND and USD bank accounts. • Execute Payroll Journal entries within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 general ledger . • Evaluate and authorize employee Expense Reports within the ERP system.

Perform bi‐weekly revolving fund statement, Bank Reconciliation, monthly accruals, and support project manager in forecasting and budgeting report. • Produce and maintain petty cash management. • Process travel expenses in Deletek and invoices payments and wire transfers from US. • Verify the accuracy of Payment progress Reports, POs and charge code allocation for cost and Compliance with financial and procurement process. • Perform Payroll and control of Timekeeping.

• Verify and analyze spreadsheet data and review company accounts and financial control systems. • Execute standardized tests to evaluate process integrity and effectiveness of internal control. • Engage with clients to gather information, validate details, and ensure accuracy. • Perform analytical assessments of company performance during specific fiscal periods. • Test internal control efficiency, ensuring adherence to Audit assertions. • Conduct internal audits and contribute to data analytics efforts.
