• Monthly closing process in SAP from Controlling area (month-end-closing) and analysis for several subsidiaries of the group (Sweden, Germany and Spain). • Support in the elaboration and configuration of Forecast and Budget in SAP. • Report in Tagetik of P&L, B/S and Contribution Margin for the subsidiaries in charge. • Spain Sales report: weekly control of sales pending invoicing, extraction of monthly sales data for subsequent calculation of commission agents provisions, R&D licenses and AET licenses.

• Daily booking update and weekly KPI update (CPR, CPL, financial ratios, etc.). • Weekly occupancy detail update and difference analysis vs. previous week. • Monthly sales detail update • KPI analysis of percentages of external financing of accepted treatments. • Incident management of the record of accepted treatments with the clinics and check with the DB of these accepted treatments.

• Preparing and presenting official reports and surveys by collecting, analyzing and consolidating financial data • Invoicing and managing accounts receivable for Technology Transfer and Business Development activities • Generate, analyze and report financial data related to business units • Coordinate, review and update the costing and pricing system of business activities • Assist in the management, auditing and reporting of institutional awards • Planning, monitoring and reporting of the Center's budget

Financial analysis of companies and analytical review of their financial statements. Project planning and coordination with the client. Understanding of internal controls and business cycles of companies in order to develop recommendations and mitigate risks.

Carrying out basic cash operations: deposits and withdrawals, collection of receipts, transfers. Client acquisition through phone calls and personal interviews. Contracting CaixaBank services and products for private banking.

Accounting of invoices from customers and suppliers of the restaurant and the marina through the management programs ICG and ContaPlus. Reclassification of daily income of the restaurant to their respective accounting accounts in ICG. Resolution of incidences in the sending of invoices for the 340/SII model.

Making deposits and withdrawals, collection of receipts, payment of checks and promissory notes. Transfers, payment of taxes, daily cash balance, purchase/sale of foreign currency. Duplicate cards, account cancellations, bankbook updates.

Bank accounting: transfers between Group companies, settlement of taxes, loans, leasing, dividends. Settlement of bank movements with accounting movements. Reconciliation of accounts, loading of information files and reclaiming of information in accounting discrepancies.
