• Work as consultant to the senior management team for uplift strategy development project in South America • Identify the process efficiency of the first phase of the project execution to propose business landscape for the second phase strategy implementation of the expansion in South America • Support the business plan in investment controlling, financial reporting, tax regulation and compliance

2010/6-2010/10 North Territory MIM Lead: • Lead a 20-person team in charge of NT MIM in work optimization, staff recruitment and training • Support the M&A project and take initiatives to avoid risks in suppliers transferring • Participate in Global IMA Project for MIM system • Be responsible for more than 40,000 suppliers’ financial management and supplier-meetings; 2009/7-2010/6 Payroll Accounting Chief: • Take charge of 8 BU Back office staff and expatriates’ labor cost analysis

• Assist the C&B specialist in payroll management, social insurance checking, compensation and benefits calculating • Take charge in all 40 interns management • Participate in HR monthly reports, especially in headcount reports • Support daily vendor management

• Consolidate and update data in finance system HFM • Check staff vouchers and file reimbursement documents • Assist in working out fixed assets reports
