• Lead the EPQ team to fulfil Quality assurance activities (Germany, India and China) • Implement, monitor and enhance development of the EPQ and quality partner role in the business area • Coordinate and clarify inquiries from EPQ and quality partner and conduct work product reviews • Actively participate in the Robert Bosch functional council EPQ

• Implement, monitor and further develop Quality Gates method in the business area • Transfer Central directives into Business Unit specifications and support for implementation in the specific processes • Clarify inquiries regarding the QG method within the Business Unit • Actively participate in the development of training courses of Quality Gates and their implementation • Actively participate in the Robert Bosch-QG working group Quality Gates Functional Council • Conduct Quality Gates specific training

Quality Assurance in Product Development • Identify, avoid, and escalate risks related to product quality • Evaluate, present, and justify product quality results • Lead EPQ and QG Moderator for 3 main products • Apply and further develop quality methods and processes • Part of central directive- software development assessors team • Support within the framework of 8D for problem solving • Coach solution managers, product managers, product owners, development teams, and quality partners
