Managing customer projects

As a new startup office in Switzerland my role was varied, with overall responsibilities covering all aspects of customer solutions delivery. Key achievements: • Project Managing the successful delivery of a complex, multi-stage CCM/DX project for a large Insurance company based in South Africa. • Setting up and managing the local Swiss office

Responsible for Presales activities in region of Middle East and EMEA South, including bid management, customer presentations, demos, building and presenting PoC’s, project and architecture setup.

In charge of a IT Professional Services team spread across whole EMEA region. Responsible for Managing Project resources and for over-seeing key customer projects. Also part founder and key contributor to the company Services and Project methodology.

Managing various customer Projects with teams ranging from small to medium size (~4-20 people). In charge of Projects implemented all over EMEA utilising remote (off-shore) teams.

Department Manager in charge of the GMC Alps Region Professional Services and Support teams (total ~15 people). As well as consulting and implementing customer projects, I was also leading the 1st Level customer support team.

Setting up, controlling and managing large customer IT Projects is a wide industry scope (from Insurance and Banking to Food Manufacturing).
