I act as PM for implemention of the new Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and parallel as Scrum master in the area of Framework supporting the biggest project in the bank focused on replacing the outdated and increasingly difficult to manage data warehouse. My main tasks consist of: - leading international projects throughout its life-cycle in Framework and Data Protection area; incl. financials, acting as SPOC, communication with vendors in accordance with corporate strategy

I currently work in the material change management team in the international pharmaceutical company. My main responsibilities are complex leadership of projects (resources, milestones and reporting) and portfolio management for material and label changes. I act as a Change Control Owner considering the lowest possible impact on market supply and the highest possible efficiency in change implementation.

I worked for one of the biggest and most diverse IBM centers of its kind worldwide as a transfer project manager. I acted as a main interface between the sending country and receiving country for all the incoming workload being transferred from Germany to Brno. I led the project from the beginning to the successful end. I was responsible for the definition of the project plan, detailed effort estimate and execution of all quality gates in line with the defined methodology.

As a member of local HR team and global recruitment team I was mainly responsible for the whole recruitment life cycle from demand till on-boarding. It contained active sourcing of candidates via social media, screening of CVs, communication with candidates, personal agencies, processing of job offers and archiving personal files. I acted as a partner to business leaders and local management.
