As Subject Matter Expert worked closely with Broadcom strategic partners (Dell, HPE, IBM, NetApp, Hitachi, Fujitsu, Huawei) and customers (Banking, Utilities, Service Providers, Government) in identifying, qualifying and design solutions that aligned to required business outcomes.

Responsible for designing solutions that meet specific customer’s needs based on a set of services and/or applications using a variety of solutions/technologies like Ethernet, IP, FC, SDN/NFV. Responsible for showcasing product solutions, setting up demonstrations and explaining features and benefits to customers. Develop datacenter solutions using Fiber Channel and IP technologies. Develop solutions using SDN/NFV technologies, vADC, and Vyatta, for onsite or cloud deployment.

Responsible for providing technical support to Nortel Account Executives in a pre-sales technical role, showcasing product solutions, setting up demonstrations and explaining features and benefits to customers, and configuring solutions to meet specific customer's needs based using a variety of solutions/technologies: Ethernet, Frame Relay, ATM, IP, MPLS, ADSL, RAS, BRAS, VoIP (Call servers & gateways), Carrier Ethernet (PB, PBB, PBT, PLSB).

Provide technical support, in a pre-sales technical role, designing and configuring products to meet specific customer needs, and explaining features and benefits. Designed several technical solutions for hospitals, banking, and public services, based on defined sets of services and/or applications using equipments/architectures from different manufacturers, e.g. Cisco, 3Com, Nortel Networks, Allied, Intel, and Extreme Networks.
