Parallel to MSc-Studies (approx. 2 months in total): Consulted the software-start-up on conducting a business plan regarding aspects of strategy, operations, marketing and finance, assisted in obtaining a £350,000 loan

Parallel to undergraduate studying supporting the Dornier Apprenticeship Centre as HR analyst (approx. 4 months/year = total of 12 months): Developed contents for presentations, seminars, congresses, conducted surveys/analyses/reports, wrote speeches for senior HR managers, organised events (e.g. receptions, stands at HR fairs, PM assistant to the project committee leader of "Familientag 2004" [EADS public event of 15 companies with 12,000 visitors])

Organized events as part of a team: German Unification Conference with key speakers Bush, Gorbatchev and Kohl, a reception for the Governor of Georgia, and various networking receptions for senior decision makers of German/US companies
