As a local stage builder I worked for Musicians like Elton John, Tina Turner and Rod Stewart etc. in the early 90's. I caught the acting bug in '95 after I was hired by the David Copperfield production company to assist & perform with the magician on stage in front of large audiences. Since then I played roles in College theater, did commercial voice-overs & translations and acted in national aired TV commercials in the USA.

iAcquire was formed by Search marketing pioneers, seasoned in working with Fortune 1000 companies, ad agencies, & leading Internet brands. As German native I headed up the international relationships w/ Clients, consultants & partners. My work included; Business & Partnership Development, Organic Link Building Strategies, Evolving Algorithms, Search Engine Marketing, Google Rankings, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Strategies, Client & Publisher site Audits & quality.

I worked for regional newspapers in South West Germany, covered local events as freelance photographer. I developed an interest in Architectural photography and design & offer now my services to local Builders, Realtors, private Clients and Architects in Europe and the USA.

Kitchen and Applience consultant

We managed and owned 10 Properties in the areas around Munich and Mid-western Germany. Furnished apartments for rent.

As a Sr. Project manager my responsibilities included (but not limited to) work on high-end residential luxury homes for Clients in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Verrado, Hawaii and California as well as commercial projects in the greater Phoenix area. As a team leader I designed, managed and produced construction documents, coordinated with approving authorities, consultants, clients, builders and all aspects of the projects from schematic design to turnkey.

I worked for Americas leading Luxury homebuilder as staff designer between Principal Architect and Production Management, coordinated with Vendors and all applicable company departments. Produced Design Developments for the greater Phoenix, Las Vegas and Palm Spring market and created Cad designs for production and coordinated publications for the southwestern market. I worked closely with the marketing department, gaining extensive experience in the residential marketing field throughout the US.

I co-managed large scale commercial Projects in the Phoenix area. I worked with principal and project architects, produced & developed schematic designs, conducted site visits, field survey and inspections of existing buildings, construction management, participated in client & consultant meetings. Contract administration and coordination w/ project consultants, code research and submittal reviews. I produced CAD Design Developments & Construction Documents in accordance with deadlines.

Prepared and developed schematic designs for residential, office & commercial projects, presentation drawings for clients, attended meetings with project Architects, conducted site visits & inspections. Produced Construction Documents as well as working on presentation models.

My work at Copperfield productions included; stage building, general organization, assisting Mr. Copperfield on stage during performances in front of large audiences.

Work preparation & detail planning, negotiations with approving authorities, concerning building licenses, permits, applications and division plans, cooperation in the building supervision from conception to completion of the projects. Preparation of sales reports and division plans, sales talks and consulting with prospective buyers, inspections of building sites and representation of the company.

Team participation in several planning and designs for commercial and residential buildings. Preparation of working and presentation models for building authorities and clients. Attended site inspections and meetings with consultants, assisted in Construction Administration, prepared CD’s
