Provide leadership, direction and manage all manufacturing activities. Reviews operating reports, monitors target and trends, if required, initiate corrective actions to maintain profit plan expectations and insure incremental performance; regularly report on the financial progress of the plant within the NAFTA group. The position is responsible for P&L result and the implementation of governmental as well as company policies.

Responsible for maximizing Nafta’s operational efficiency of Logistics, Manufacturing and Purchasing in a global organization with about 3000 employees at 15 sites worldwide, taking an active role in developing and implementing the proposed strategy designed to achieve Group`s Financial Targets. Monitoring performance against plans and presenting its progress to the Management Team.

Responsible for the performance of Logistics-SCM, Manufacturing , Maintenance, Forward Sourcing, Continuous Improvement, Quality & Purchasing as well as meeting high customer requirements (BMW, VW, Ford, GM, Chrysler, Delphi). Preparation of the annual operating budget. Monitoring of Plant KPIs. Led a High-Performing working Team, at the same time supported their carrier planning and development.

Managing and transforming manufacturing operation such as Assembly, Injection-Molding and Machining-CNC into a world class facility by driving the development and implementation of Lean Manufacturing Principles across the entire organization. Reviewing and approving budgets, monitoring of cost reports, improving efficiency and productivity.
