Manage projects for new and current clients based on specific goals and needs as defined by the client. Interact with virtual teams on a daily basis to ensure projects proceed in a timely and cost efficient manner. Work with sales representatives to obtain new clients, projects and provide additional services to current clients. Supported development to ensure quality, optimal progress and product stability for the end users.

Work with product managers, architects and other stakeholders in the business to define and refine designs of software solutions.  Review the work and mentor more junior members of the team, and take ownership of improving team processes.  Reporting to the CEO and working with the software development team, QA team, product managers and technical experts within the company to deliver high quality software solutions.

Managing, motivating, organizing and developing the AE team in order to achieve agreed objectives.  Ensuring that staff are competent and capable of meeting the requirements of their roles through effective performance management and communication.  Being an ambassador for the group during all customer interactions and acting as a role model for the behaviors which will develop the client into a truly service orientated business.

 Trained End Users to use the new CAD systems.  Provided client with the ability to do 2-D design and 3-D modeling.  Directed End Users in developing CAD databases.  Wrote custom software to provide HVAC, Electrical, and Document Management information.  Established a standards and procedures, complete with documentation on all custom software.
