- Managing a critical project for industrialization of a new product, developing and tracking all “budget, delivery, quality and strategical” activities - Leading and coaching a team of 50+ associates, Simultaneous Engineering Teams from all over plant and development sections - Planning and realizing Lean Manufacturing principles within Internal procedures

- Leading a Production Group, consist of 400+ associates including engineers, team leaders, shift leaders and operators. - Responsible for production processes including machining, phosphating, grinding, ECM and assembling. - Responsible for achieving goals for delivery, cost and quality. - Application of Lean Manufacturing principles.

- Leading a Section at Technical Functions Area, consists of 180+ associates including engineers, technicians and machine operators. - Responsible for Tool Design, Tool Manufacturing, Resharpening and Presetting , Development of Machining Processes and Tool Stock Management

Leading Tool Production as introducing Tool Management System.

- Design and Implementation of Sand-core and Die-Cast Molds, Clamping and Cutting Tools, Gages, Special Machinery using Pro-Engineer Wildfire. - Preparation of Mechanical Operation Lay-outs, Cutting Parameters and G-Codes for Milling Machines.
