Silexica is a fast-growing software start-up, providing a unique programming technology for embedded parallel and multicore programming. My responsilities included restructuring the procurement process and evaluation of a suitable provider, automating processes within the ERP system, data migration and financial consolidation of international entities. Also assessment of accounting standard changes and data analysis to enable the management to make strategic decisions

As working student I worked in the accounting management of innogy. My tasks included the preparation of final accounts and billing plans and the processing of individual cases. SAP and MS Excel were primarily used for processing.

As a cooperation project of the Hochschule Osnabrück with Rhenus, I led a group responsible for process improvement. During the project I was responsible for group organization and management, process analyzation and stakeholder management.
