- Responsible for leadership of the Quality organization, all functions - Recognized “Form 4 Holder” by the Luftfahrtbundesamt as the Quality Manager (QMB) for Part 21G Production Organization, as the Compliance Monitoring Manager (CMM) for the Part 145 Maintenance Organization.

- Actively recruited to lead the RUAG Quality Organization through a major transformation and re-organization, as well as to lead RUAG out of probation with one of it’s key customers. 12 month Swiss visa, achieved all objectives in 7 months -Responsible for leadership of the entire quality organization (39 employees), including Quality Engineering, Receiving Inspection, Non-Destructive Inspection/Test, QMS Oversight and Internal Audit, Piece Part & Assembly Inspection, and Supplier Quality

Led a large aircraft seat inspection team as the principal supplier quality manager from Boeing with direct oversight responsibility of Safran, Recaro, Zim, and Adient -Conducted audits to ensure supplier compliance to regulation, Boeing, and customer expectations on a variety of products: structures, electronics, cameras, windshields, actuators, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, safetying systems, composites, plastics, carpets, galleys, seats, and metallurgy and machining processes (forging & casting)

Promoted to Primary FAA Liaison for the 747 Program due to building trust with the programs, and 100% acceptance rate by the FAA for all RCCAs submitted - Extensive experience leading and facilitating root cause analysis teams and coordinating and validating short-term and long-term corrective actions plans - Drove process and product improvements with multiple airplane programs acting as a quality consultant and advisor to manufacturing

- Created process improvement methods for quality processes – saved 787 Quality 79 hours a month in analyzing and processing of open nonconformance records - Promoted and led a cross functional team of 5 auditors in Everett and 12 auditors in San Antonio, TX to prepare both sites for their FAA audit (787 and 747-8) to enable those models and sites to be added to the production certificate

- Official Subject Matter Expert for multiple Manufacturing/Quality/Engineering systems - Helped develop and maintain the business processes that support 787 production - Provided one-on-one training to 300+ end users on 787 systems and related processes on official training I authored

Experience in airplane structures/hydraulic & electric systems/in-tank sealant and maintained dozens of production certs including wiring and soldering, bond and ground, oxygen systems, sealant, hydraulic systems installation, pressure testing, etc
