Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance for team of 5 manufacturing engineers with varied specialties ranging from casting process technologists to specialists in manufacturing automation. Team is responsible for delivering process first-time yield improvements, building Lean processes to ensure on-time delivery, and evolving a sensor-enabled, data driven operational environment. Coordinate with senior leadership in US to develop proposals for new customers and shape site strategy for future products.

Owned outside vendor machining process and producibility via collaboration with supplier, GE part owner, and teammates. Owned casting dimensional control, including setup and programming of CMMs and nonconformance root-cause analysis and elimination. Delivered 2 NPI programs through MRL6, leading design of casting through setting up machining processes to fabricate first experimental hardware.

Delivered multiple products and processes to various production shops across the GE Company via CAD design, specification writing, hardware build & test, collaborating with trades and vendors, and coordinating build and installation activities.

Rotational program combined with Master's Degree studies focused on developing breadth in various topics related to mechanical engineering core. Completed rotations to take cost-out of manufacturing tooling for new electro-machining technology, delivered combustor simulations, developed and ran new combustion test hardware designs, and generated insights related to stress corrosion cracking.
