- Responsable for the Airline Catering Unit in London from start-up phase - Managing a total of 140 employees - Supervision of the renovation of the complete unit - implementation of new procédures - Development of new inflight products / concepts - Account coordination with Gate Gourmet and British Airways and other customers

- Responsible for the SWISS Shorthaul Product and Team - Creation and harmonisation of the SWISS product Shorthaul (former Swissair and Crossair) - Product planning, Financial sign-off, Quality control for all CH and European stations - Product development, implementation and follow-up of new food and beverage concepts - Cabin Crew Trainings (Crossair)

- Responsible for the banqueting department
