 Interview the candidates that apply through the various sources that the Company has (internal and external).  Evaluate candidates profile accordingly to the required for each of the vacancies, managing approx. 70 new hires per month.  Manage and update data bases with information about applicants and other events the Company has.  Participate in different activities within the HR department such as job fairs, open houses, and institutional recruitment.

 Collaborated in the planning, organization and logistics for different events the Foundation had.  Created and updated different archives with information about the Foundation and its members.  Generated reports, transcribed minutes from meetings, created presentations and conducted research in various topics.  Participated in different activities with various Companies and organizations on behalf of the Foundation’s vision.

 Responded to customers’ inquiries regarding the products and services offered by the Company, roughly 70 cases per day.  Offered different kinds of promotions to customers after resolving issues to increase Company’s sales.  Increased Customer Satisfaction to reach 85% overall and measured by the CSAT system the Company had at the time.  Created and maintain a good and stable relationship with the clients so the stayed loyal to the Company.
