Juan Antonio Giménez Soriano

My position is integrated in the Executive Team of the Company as adviser and analyst of the Technical Director. My common tasks are: - Develop surveys and strategic reports - Make Corporative Presentations - Projects, production and costs controlling - Technical-Economical Assistance - KPI´s follow-up. - Technical feasibility studies - Sales and Production coordination at corporate level (export, logistics, etc.)

As a part of the Maintenance Area in a cement plant I was the person in charge of the Process Control System (PCS), plant instrumentation and management of the electric energy consumption. Presently I am part of a task forced focus on the migration from current PCS to Siemens PCS7 CEMAT. On the other hand as Plant Manger Assistant I was in charge of technical reporting, KPI´s controlling and new installations or modifications studies including the execution control as well as 5 years strategic plan.

I developed these functions for 4 years being dependent on the Holcim Spain Corporative Engineering Department. During this period I had chance to manage a diversity of projects from the basic engineering (PMA) to the commissioning including economic control and procurement management. I have been responsible of new facilities as liquid and solid storage and dosing systems, high power VSD, silos refurbishment,…..etc.

In this company I was in charge both technical and management tasks. The main business of the Company was to certify the fulfillment of the electrical regulations in industrial centers, offices buildings and shops.
