This internship was totally voluntarily, my key duties included: • Responsibilities included written and verbal correspondence in German and English • Face to face customers interaction • Autonomous administration of bookings, also in diverse booking portals • Working shifts on the reception on my own and took full responsibility for these after only a short time of training • Balancing the cash register and safe

Department Industrial Engineering: • Assisted in the development of a new direct report system for production workers • Assisted in 2017 budget planning • Monthly administration of labour cost accounting • Creation of a “potential map” (future development of the department) • Worked with various specific computer systems

• Assistance In the business management evaluations • Assistance in preparation and follow-up of events: - Corresponding and consulting with fellow employees, external event organisers, exhibitors • Coordination of event preparation duties • Serving as point of contact for fellow employees, external event organisers, exhibitors • Full responsibility of smaller-scale events • Mostly working weekends and night shifts

Gathering knowledge about strategic sustainable management • Worked successfully on a consultancy project with the focus on circular economy • Consultancy project in a Scottish whisky company within my master's dissertation
