Develop goals and assign them to sales managers Co-ordinate sales activities with other departments Prepare plans, budgets, progress reports and annual sales reports Monitor competitors’ services Develop and conduct sales campaigns Working closely with the General Manager to determine appropriate sales strategies in all market segments Responsible for a maximum of occupancy of conferences and banquettes in order to optimize general business opportunities.

Development & implementation of standards & technologies of hotel hospitality Constant training & testing all staff to improve guest service Control & improvement of proper performance of all guest cycle stages: reservations, check in, follow up, check out. Proper organization of VIP-guests and group arrivals Tactful dealing & analysis of guest complaints Working closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Sales & Marketing Department to assure all the functions are handled smoothly.
