Responsibilities: • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications. • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements. • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions. • Reports and analysis of tools/technologies.

Main responsibilities: - communication with hiring managers (intake meetings, callibration and etc.) - posting job descriptions on different sources (including Linkedin and hh.ru) - sourcing - telephone screening - HR interview - organization of technical interviews - making offers - collection of the documents and conducting the process of hiring - onboarding - ATS management (Huntflow, BambooHr)
