HR Professional graduated in Business with a Master degree in Environmental Management and Sustainable Economy with +9 years' experience in leading strategic HR projects, simplifying processes and drafting HR policies. Ability to develop and monitor KPIs to optimize HR performance and solid experience in business process improvement, performance management and employee relations. Throughout my career, I have worked as a Business Partner and HR Controller, collaborating directly with various HR areas. My skills also include analyzing and interpreting financial indicators to guide strategic decision-making, developing financial dashboards using Excel and Power BI, supporting the budgeting process and monitoring monthly results with HR managers. In addition, my passion for continuous learning drives me to constantly seek opportunities to improve my technical and interpersonal skills. I've been living abroad since 2019, in Germany.
