I offer career management services to individuals and companies looking for speciailist assistance in the areas of career coaching and recruitment as well as providing HR consulting services to companies on a project basis. Clients include individuals wishing to evaluate their current professional situation and build their vision for the future, athletes in transition, looking to identify and achieve goals away from the sporting field, companies seeking an alternative approach to recruitment.

Having had a long-term association with the Movado Group, I was brought into the Company for an interim period (initially at 60%, increasing to 80%) in order to bring stability and guidance to the HR function

Following the acquisition of the licensee by the Gucci Group, I established the worldwide HR function in Switzerland and was actively involved in the setting up of branch offices in France, Italy, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Spain and Taiwan

I established the HR department in Switzerland to support local operations, developed HR policies and procedures, a performance management system and a compensation and benefits programme. Furthermore, I was actively involved in the development of communication and training policies and programmes

In addition to setting up the HR department and ensuring its efficient functioning during an intense growth period, I offered advice and coaching to senior management as the company went through several restructuring phases.

I coordinated the organization of the Olympic Day run and Olympic Aid programmes on behalf of the WFSGI as well as prepared annual publications and press releases.

This was my first real experience of international operations and working in a sports environment. I organized conferences worldwide for the IOC and dealt with matters of protocol for the Games in Sarajevo and in Los Angeles.
