• Webmaster of the ZEISS Microscopy China webpage ( working with the Adobe AEM). • Webmaster of the ZEISS Microscopy China Online shop. • Editing newsletters for the customers (using the MARKETO system). • Organizing of regular market events, such as exhibitions, seminars, road shows. • Correcting of the Chinese translations of brochures, application notes, etc. • Preparation and maintenance of microscope master data/ configurations in the local sales quotation system.

• Preparation of microscope configurations and quotations according to customers’ application requirements. • SAP order processing. • Organization of regular market fairs. • Attending service calls, sales calls and handling of surveys. • Communication with the Headquarter of the German Service Department concerning the purchase of spare parts, instrument exchange or repair cases. • Verification of the sales contract conditions and the letters of credit according to the purchase contract terms.
